Creating an account allows you to save your information for future use.

We do not share or sell your information. Your information is secure.

We ship your order via Fed-Ex. Deliveries are made during the business week.

Refusing delivery of a package will result in a complete loss. NO REFUND.

Tracking information is delivered to the email you provide at checkout on the day it is shipped.

We make 100% made in the U.S.A, custom coolers & gel packs for guaranteed freshness upon delivery.

We DO NOT include the receipt in the package. Receipts are delivered to your email address that you provide at checkout.

If you need a specific delivery day, please contact us 269-623-4566.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Please have someone available to accept delivery. Fed-ex may or may not require a signature. Fed ex WILL NOT leave a package at an apartment or the like.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to product availability, transit time, holidays or possible weather delays.

In the unlikely event that loss or damage occur on behalf of Fed-Ex, we will reship your order on the next available shipping day.

In the event that an item originally ordered is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute items of the like, or similar with equal value and/or quantity.

If you need to cancel an order, there is a $5.42 fee to cancel. This fee will be deducted from the original purchase price and the refund may take up to 7 business days to complete.
